Trish Orr is an expert in helping active men and women recovering from aches, pains, and injury. She studied at Latrobe University in Melbourne and has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy. She has worked in the physiotherapy field for over 25 years in various roles, including acute hospital care, musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, including working for the AFL. She spent a number of years in Europe developing her skills in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, as well as dry needling and rehabilitation programs to hasten recovery from injury.
Since having her first child 18 years ago, Trish has studied and practiced in women’s health, helping women return to their much-loved activities and sport postpartum. She has a keen focus on core stability, managing back pain, improving poor posture, pre and post-partum health and function, as well as pelvic floor dysfunction for women of all ages.
Trish has extensive experience in managing lymphoedema issues, post cancer treatment and / or surgery or resulting from poor circulation. Trish employs various tools and techniques resulting in a longer lasting and significant positive impact on the accompanying issues associated with lymphoedema.
Whilst most patients come from Mona Vale and surrounding suburbs, Trish sees patients from all over the Northern Beaches – from Manly to Palm Beach and west to the Forest area.
